Ticket to Success
Project Summary: Mentorship Program “Ticket to Success”
The “Ticket to Success” Mentorship Program is a structured 70-hour initiative designed to support 40 young people aged 18–25—including orphans, youth who have lost parents due to the war, and refugees—in achieving career alignment and long-term self-sufficiency. The program responds to the urgent need for career guidance and economic stability among vulnerable youth in Ukraine, where ongoing conflict has disrupted access to employment and support systems.
The program is implemented by UCARE (Ukrainian Children’s Aid and Relief Effort) in partnership with the Lviv Rotary Club under a formal memorandum of understanding. This collaboration combines local expertise, mentorship capacity, and community networks to maximize impact and ensure sustained participant support, aligning with Rotary’s focus on vocational service.
