Taisa Mysakowec is a Ukrainian Canadian community leader and communications professional with extensive experience in marketing, program development, youth engagement, and community initiatives. She has spent more than six years actively involved in the Ukrainian Canadian community, supporting organizations and programs focused on youth, education, culture, and humanitarian efforts.

In her professional roles, Taisa has developed and implemented communications and marketing initiatives, managed community programs, coordinated events, and built partnerships with organizations across Canada and Ukraine. She currently works with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, where she leads the Youth Ambassador Program and supports initiatives that connect young Ukrainian Canadians with opportunities for leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. She also co-founded Code for Ukraine, an educational program providing Ukrainian youth with opportunities to develop technology and leadership skills.

Taisa is passionate about using communications and storytelling to raise awareness, strengthen community connections, and support organizations making a meaningful difference in the lives of Ukrainians. As Marketing Director at UCARE Inc., she is committed to expanding the organization’s visibility, strengthening its communications, and helping share UCARE’s impact with the broader Ukrainian Canadian community and supporters around the world.
