Getting ready for the art shows involved a lot of prep work. After the 1200 pieces were brought from Ukraine, our volunteers put in many hours cataloging, sorting, and matching artists' photos to works of art.
Then photos were selected for notecards, T-shirts, a possible calendar, and for a possible show booklet.
Much of the prep work took place at Saint Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Southfield, Michigan. We thank them for making space available to carry out our work.
