I-696 West to I-96 West. Exit onto the Grand River Exit (Exit 145). Turn left onto Grand River. Turn right onto Challis Rd. Turn left onto Bauer Rd.

Take Bauer Rd. to Challis Rd. Turn right onto Challis Rd. Turn left
onto W. Grand River. Merge onto I-96 East. Merge onto US-23 Exit 148A
toward Ann Arbor. Take the Lee Rd. Exit 58. Turn right onto Lee Rd.
Turn left onto Rickett Rd. Turn right onto Maltby Rd. Dibrova Estates
will be on the left side.
