"Buy-a-Bed," one of our current projects, buys new, comfortable beds for children at the orphanages. Many of the beds they have are in very poor shape, with no support, and some even have springs poking up out of the mattresses. Most of the orphanages do not have the resources to replace the old beds themselves.

We raised enough money to supply 2 internaty with beds in 2006-2007 (Ochakiv, near Mykolayiv, and Berdyansk, on the Azov Sea). We hope to raise enough money in 2008 to help even more orphanages.
